CHECKED ENGINES

We check the proper functioning of the following parts :

• Crankshaft: check that there is no back or forth movement (slack) 
• Oil Pressure 
• Injection Pump 
• Turbo 
• Distribution Pulleys 
• Flywheel 

We check the absence of the following problems :

• Vaporization 
• White smoke 
• Black smoke 
• Valve Noise 
• Strange noises 
• Water leaks in cylinder head or water pump
•  Oil leaks in the oil-pan, front and rear seals, valve cover, refrigerator and air compressor. 
• Screws in bad conditions
• External Elements in bad conditions

We replace of all external elements that are in disrepair. 
We check the engine in our TEST BENCH and issue the report with test results :

• Torque, power, oil pressure and performance. 
• If any malfunction is detected, the motor is dropped. We only offer for sale engines with a favourable report of the test.
   

REBUILT ENGINES

We make a complete disassembly of all engine parts.
We clean all internal components with an ultrasonic machine.
We check the main components:

• Cylinder head: we check leaks and make a resurface grinding
• Block: we check block and, if necessary, make a resurface grinding
• Valve guides and seats : we check and, if necessary, we grind or replace (new) them
• Crankshaft : we check measures and, if necessary, we grind it (maximum grinding: 0,25 mm)

We check injection system:

• Injection pump :  we check and, if necessary, repair it
• Injectors : we check and, if necessary, repair it
• Replacement of nozzle-tips
• Turbo: we check and, if necessary, repair it

We check the rest of external components and we replace them, if necessary:

• Water pump : we check if it turns correctly and if it has any slack or incorrect movements
• Oil pump : we check, disassemble and clean it
• Oil refrigerator: we check and clean it
• Intake manifold : we check it
• Exhaust manifold : we check it
• Engine flywheel : we check it
• Drive belt tensioner : we check it

We check all wear components and we replace them if necessary:

• Cylinder liners : we replace them (new)
• Main bearings : we replace them (new)
• Conrod bearings :  we replace them (new)
• Piston rings : we replace the complete set of piston rings (new)
• Thrust bearings : we replace them (new)
• Engine gaskets : we replace them (new)
• Oil seals : we replace them (new)
• Pistons : we check the connecting rod pins and we replace them, if necessary

Engine adjustment / setting 
We check the engine in our TEST BENCH and issue the report with test result :

• We start the engine in the testbed and check the following : torque, power, oil pressure, nonexistence of leaks and performance.
• We issue the test report

CHECKED GEARBOXES

We check that the following problems do not exist:

• Existence of shavings in the oil
• Incorrect rotation of the primary shaft
• Slack of primary shaft (input shaft)
• Wear of the primary shaft tip (input shaft)
• Slack of output shaft
• Slack of gear shift
• Incorrect functioning of gear shift
• Oil in gaskets
• Bad condition of valves and seals

We check the gearbox in our TEST BENCH and we issue the report with test results: 

• We check that gears do not scratch (whining, clunking or humming)
• We check that gears do not slip and do not grind
• We check speed reducer, if applicable
• We check intarder/retarder, if applicable
   

REBUILT GEARBOXES

We check the gearbox in our testbed in order to detect faults
We make a complete disassembly of all gearbox parts
We clean all internal components with an ultrasonic machine 
We check the main components:

• Synchronizers: we check them and, if necessary, we replace the ones that are in bad conditions (new)
• Pinions :  we check them and, if necessary, we replace the ones that are in bad conditions (new)
• Blocking ring : we check them and, if necessary, we replace the ones that are in bad conditions (new)
• Primary shaft tip (input shaft) : we check it and, if necessary,   grind the tip
• Bearings : we check them and, if necessary, we replace the ones that are in bad conditions (new)

We replace the following components:

• Seals : we replace (new) seals from  input housing, Split, reducer and output shaft
• Gaskets : we replace them (new)

We check the gearbox in our TEST BENCH and we issue the report with test results. We run the gearbox and check the following parameters by applying an electric brake:

• We check that gears do not scratch (whining, clunking or humming)
• We check that gears do not slip and do not grind
• We check speed reducer, if applicable
• We check intarder/retarder, if applicable
